We must remember to breathe, in all that we do.  For what is a life if we are living in heart palpitation mode?

Life is meant to be appreciated, enjoyed, lived – and the most important element is to breathe.  Literally.  Living and breathing go hand in hand.

There is no breath without life, there is no life without breath…

Become an expert on breathing in healthy ways, like the Yogis and Buddhists do.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for as long as you can, then slowly exhale through your mouth while looking at the majestic photo that’s been added for your viewing pleasure.
