Wow!  So much has happened this month and it’s been a while since my last post.  To bring you all back up to date, I’ve decided to create a summary of “Jo’s Joys of July”.

This year and this month have truly provided more ‘layers of the onion’ being peeled.  More healing – if that’s possible, and new lessons learned.  That means, letting go of anything that holds me back or brings me down.  Even though this has been an ongoing journey, I am now (officially) dedicated and committed to allow room for only positive contributions (thoughts, choices, relationships, etc.).  To some, this may sound crazy, to me this makes a lot of sense.

Must focus on good investments, positive reinforcements, and supportive beings – in every area of my life.  This translates to having more time for joy, laughter, happiness, meditation, fulfillment of dreams, volunteer work, and contributing to causes that are dear to my heart.

I challenge everybody to make this commitment for themselves.

Now, more so than ever, it is imperative to FEEL GOOD!

Earlier this month, I attended a 3-day MYM event, which turned out to be a transformational experience.  Much gratitude.  Where there was once confusion or fuzziness, clarity is the result.  I highly recommend attending any one of their workshops!  They do offer some FREE training sessions as well.  For anybody who is interested in finding out more, here’s a link.

What else has happened?  New relationships are being formed.  Amazing new clients, received. Exciting new projects have commenced. Fantastic new friends, found.  Aligning with more like-minded peeps!

Gosh, there’s just been so many new and exciting experiences lately…
